Refund policy

At WR Watches, we are committed to providing quality timepieces and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is not a discounted, promotional, or custom-made product.

  • The item is in unused, undamaged, and original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

  • For watches: the watch must be unworn, and straps must not be changed.

  • Any product showing signs of use, wear, or damage is not eligible for return or exchange.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@wrwatches.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item received

  • A brief reason for the return

Note: Returns are only valid when the item is actually sent back. Items not returned do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Return Processing & Fees

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 3 working days (72 hours).

  • A 7% cancellation fee will apply.

  • A USD $50 deduction will also apply to cover the original shipping and customs handling costs.

Funds will be released only after the item is received and inspected to confirm it meets return criteria.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • If a cancellation request is made before the order is shipped, a 7% cancellation fee will apply.

  • Once an item has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you refuse the delivery, the Parcel Refusal & Rejection policy below will apply.

Parcel Refusal & Rejection

If a customer refuses delivery or rejects the parcel, a 2-way return shipping fee imposed by DHL or FedEx will be charged to the customer’s account. This typically ranges from USD $114 to $128, depending on location.

Return Shipping Recommendation

Customers are strongly encouraged to return items using a reliable international courier with a tracking number and insurance, to avoid loss or damage during transit. WR Watches is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

By placing an order with WR Watches, you confirm that you understand and agree to all conditions stated in this policy. All return and refund requests must be made in writing via email.
